Devarem Développement offers you turnkey solutions for treating composite loamy debris with lime thanks to its unique and patented process...

Backed by our know-how and to meet the growing demands of the market, VITSE HOLDING has created a mobile material, the DEVAREM 250.

The latter using the same process as a permanent recycling platform.

It is the result of 13 years' research and 6 years' operating experience.

The DEVAREM 250 is the ideal material for companies or existing platforms who wish to invest in recycling excavated materials. This mobile unit is perfect for meeting the on-site needs of standard building sites or a start-up business. It is available in other regions of France and has also been in operation for 6 years in Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, Andorra, Spain, Canada, England, etc.

“Designed using the same concept (a completely automated process) as the platform, the DEVAREM 250 produces VAREM with the same characteristics at the rate of 250 tonnes per hour, i.e. 400,000 tonnes per year

THE FOREFRONT OF TECHNICAL, ECOLOJICAL AND ECONOMIC PERFORMANCES

1 - TYPES OF MATERIALS THAT CAN BE RECYCLED

When used on building sites, the DEVAREM 250 allows composite loamy or stony debris to be treated directly with lime or another type of binder.

This gives the treated material mechanical qualities which are identical or often better than the natural gravel which it replaces, especially in terms of capacity.

2 - ENVIRONMENTAL APPROACH

DEVAREM 250 is the optimum solution which allows the usual impacts on the environment to be reduced to a minimum.

Thus, by removing transportation of incoming and outgoing materials there is a significant reduction of CO2 emissions. Likewise, recycling waste produced by building sites leads to considerable saving of natural minerals.

3 - ENSURES TOP PERFORMANCE OF BUILDING SITES

The DEVAREM 250 is the appropriate solution for reducing costs.

  • Eliminates the costs of dumping inert materials.
  • Reduces the costs of providing landfills: VAREM is produced directly on-site and is reusable in building your earthworks.
  • Limits the movement of materials: less materials entering and exiting your building site.

4 - TECHNICAL DATA

  • Perfect mobility of the DEVAREM 250 on building sites
